Your order has been placed… now what? 

Your order gets sent to me & I immediately get to work! If your order is under 10 inches in length & 6 inches in width it is packaged in a box, taped on each side for more accurate security. If your product is over 10 inches in length it gets shipped in a polymailer. If your order is over 18 inches it will also be sent in a polymailer. Every order will also receive a handwritten thank you note as well as a random selection of candy. 

My shipping policy is pretty straight forward. My processing time varies with each product, so you will see more detailed processing time on individual items. Returns & Exchanges, I will accept returns or exchanges if something is damaged upon receiving the item. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery & ship item back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return & exchange shipping costs. I DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS.
